You Saved Our House!
I can't thank you enough for your foreclosure assistance. We were so afraid we would lose our home. Our phone calls to our lender went unreturned, but you were able to get them on the phone right away. We're thrilled with the restructuring deal you worked out. Once we get on our feet again, we'll look into refinancing like you suggested. I'm very hopeful that we'll both be working again soon and then we can make those extra payments to get back on track. My Neighbor was Right About You
Several of the houses on my block are in foreclosure, and it's really driving down the property values. I worried that we'd lose our house to foreclosure even though we can make the payments. My neighbor was right about you - you do offer assistance to everyone. Our new refinanced loan locked us into a fixed rate mortgage, and the payments are about the same as they were before. We were fortunate that we still had some equity in our home, and were able to borrow less than it was worth.
